Making Coaching Work

Making Coaching Works

The coaching relationship is as unique as every person. Depending on the results and timeframe you desire, I can be a personal trainer whipping you into shape every time we connect or a supportive listener who gently encourages you and keeps you on your path moving forward. You set the agenda and a realistic timeframe but our work together may include:

  • Determining your vision for personal and professional success
  • Identifying your core values, strengths and priorities so you can better align and leverage them towards your personal and professional mission
  • Developing a self-care practice that will best serve and
  • Support you in achieving your emotional, physical and financial goals
  • Identifying, understanding and processing fear, doubt, worry or guilt that interferes with the changes you desire
  • Development of new best practices for work, time and/or stress management
  • Identification and elimination of negative perspectives, limiting patterns and old stories that no longer serve you
  • Breaking down your biggest dreams into a plan of realistic, achievable action steps and a timeline that will guarantee results
  • Determining what will best motivate you and then hold you accountable to your plan

In my coaching practice there are no rigid schedules. We plan sessions for when they best serve you at three levels of service. For most new clients this is usually once every one to three weeks for a three – nine month period. Sessions may vary from 30 minutes to two hours depending on the topics that we are addressing and the level of coaching required.
